EXPO-2010 in Shanghai

STS Logistics, as official forwarder of SJSC «AREC», has signed, at the end of
Shanghai world exhibition EXPO-2010 became an important international event. China made its best efforts to ensure the largest scale of the event during the entire history of its performance. The exhibition passed from May 1 till October 31 2010 and occupied a territory of more than five thousand meters in the city center. Its visitors were more than 7 million people. During the fulfillment of the state contract, STS Logistics used the Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Shanghai offices of the company. For the purposes of time saving, the entire volume was transported by air transport. The sizes of certain elements did not allow transported them fully and by this reason the decision was taken to cut up certain elements in Moscow so that the specialists of «Krasnov Design» assembly them on site.
STS Logistics has performed, according to the contract conditions, the system delivery of freight in the period of operation of the exhibition, and their return to Russia.
