In autumn 2011 STS Logistics Group, which has more than 10 years of experience providing integrated logistics services in China and Southeast Asia, announced the opening of STS Asia. The head office of STS Asia is located in Hong Kong with currently representative offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Urumqi.

Early in May STS Logistics won complex forwarding tender of OJSC BSH Bosch, the distributer and promoter of small and large home appliances under the BOSCH&SIEMENS trademark.In 2009 STS Logistics, being the logistics operator, had already offered to its clients several classified logistics solutions in the range of industries. One of them is FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) solutions, which had attracted such famous clients as METRO, AUCHAH, Х-5 Retail, М-Video, Eldorado, Jonson&Jonson, Tchibo, Heinz, LG and others.

At its 15th anniversary, STS Logistics, while participating in the industrial fair TRANSRUSSIA, had for the first time arranged at the Exposition Centre a large-scale open conference for its clients and partners. Conference topic is “Outsourcing in Logistics: Advantages and Drawbacks”. The conference mainly aims to acquaint the participants with modern global and national innovations and developments in logistics and with corporate expertise and solutions such as FMСG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Industry, and Automotive (spare parts and aggregates).

By the end of April 2011, the Board of Directors of STS Logistics, the largest Russian and CIS logistics operator, had made an important strategic decision on arranging an IPO event in 2013. During the past years, Russia has significantly increased its trade flow with Germany, as one of its main foreign partners. Generally, it covers trade in equipment, cars and automotive parts, production lines, food products and supplements. It directly influences growth of traffic flow and, therefore, impacts market demands in wide range of logistics services.
